Evening fellas

Im in the process of rewiring a 3 storey 9 bed house, im moving the CCU's which house the final circuits about 5m to a more better location, the two ccu's in question are both fed by 16mm twin with seperate 16mm earth, they are both off 63A mcb's housed in a 4way near the cut out, also in that 4 way is two more circuits, one for a socket and one for lights, obviously the two main ccu's are both dual RCD, but seeing as though every bit of cable from all the circuits in the 4 way are not buried and in trunking, would i need to RCD them? or perhaps RCBO the socket circuit?.

cheers
