I don’t know if any of you have ever operated or have to operate DMO Dependant Manual Operation switchgear. I found this interesting reading

Most of this gear should have been replaced years ago, but there are still bits of it lurking about.
As an apprentice I was brought up with it and was gutted when it had to be removed. I found some of it a few years ago at a diferent company, it took months to bring the switchgear up to sratch.
