Domestic inspections

I had a landlady phone me up today. She said she had 10+ properties she needed testing, we don't normally touch domestics but cause we have a slow week next week I thought I would throw a price her way. Quoted £20 a circuit so around £100-160 per house. She laughed and said she had been quoted £30 a house off a local firm. Is it just me but who the hell can someone price £30?

Do you know who it is that is offering this service? It is obviously of such a high quality that it should be publicised as much as possible.
