door entry / help please

I went to look at a job today in a hotel, the problem is the reception is quite a distance from the front door and they are fed up with going to let people in, they would like a button behind reception to allow entry. I have never installed a door entry system before so any advice at all will be much appreciated

you are panicing about nothing all you need is power to run the transformer by the door.and then run a 6 core from buzzer at door to the lock and to the reception,, all kits come with a wiring diagram, and its just a case of following the diagram
