Hi,
UK:
My doorbell is on my lighting circuit in my new build, by the bell box is a switched fused spur, with a 13A fuse in it, which is probably too high to be of use on a lighting circuit, however I have discovered this switch does not turn the bell box off, and was wondering if the switch plate has just been used to loop the wiring together as load hasn’t been used?
What do you think?
Please see photo?
Cheers
James
