Draft employment contract apprentice

Hi all.
does anyone have a draft employment contract for a new apprentice. I’m employing one and I’m not so good on HR side of things. Had a look online but all wanted you to sign up to subscriptions etc.

I used this one about 5 years ago, i did modify it / made it a little less wordy for an apprentice
