ECS card is troublesome to get (ECS Website). Any advice?

Hello guys.
I have recently been trying to apply for an ECS gold card. I have already sat the H&S awareness test and passed it. The thing is I don’t know what card I should be applying for. Each one I am about to try for on the website has an alert from the “rules engine” saying that my qualifications don’t match the role.
I passed my 4 year apprenticeship in electrical engineering in 2008 and I do have the required NVQ level 3: Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Manufacturing Electrical Control Systems Equipment). It is recognised by jib I have found with the ECS card.
Any advice from others who have had a similar situation? Which role do you think would be suited?

If you're going through the JIB website I always renew mine through them and if you get stuck just ring them up. Think mine is installation electrician but not sure. They put registered electrician on them these days

Thanks, I will just give them a call I think as this will be my first ECS card. I’ve only ever been requires to have a CSCS until now. I’ll see what they say tomorrow and take it from there.

It's how I get them to answer my questions when applying for a card.
Wrong but they answer quicker than email.
