EICR coding

Hi Lads

ive classed this as a C2 and there is also no RCD protection? Was told I'm being harsh but I don't think so. Also how would you choose to rectify it?

Oh right fair enough. I was more thinking along the lines of potential splashing, operation with wet hands/sink full of water and mainly no RCD protection? If it's harsh though I haven't filled out the EICR yet lol

if they's been socket outlets, a C2 would then be appropriate.

Which specific regulation have you referenced and what is the potential danger you have identified?

Would have quoted 512.2.1 but having read it and 2nd opinions, C3 does seem best.
