Hi,
I bought a 2-bed house 2 years ago that I have rented out. The EICR is due now. Just recently registered with NAPIT and fully qualified.
Can I do the inspection and certify myself, when it is my own property?

No reason why not... but if you think its a problem, fill in a partners name as person ordering the report.

Cheers Littlespark, much appreciated!

Thats what i did when we bought a house a few years ago to rent out... I changed the really old fusebox to a split RCD board, filled me in as the tester, but my wife as the property owner.
