Electric Radiators for an Office Environment

Hi, Can anyone suggest a good electric radiators for an office. There is too much choice, would prefer a recommendation

Fixed or portable? Have fitted convector panel rads and they give off a very good and quick heat..

Don't mind me while I bump some old threads. Just doing the rounds. Ignore the thread if it's not current topic, it'll soon drop off the list, but if the thread interests you, feel free to reply.

Avoid Rointe at all costs. Not only because their claims are based on pseudo-science, but also because they are untrustworthy as a company. What I mean by this is that they can offer x years guarantee/warranty, but if the company goes ---- up, the wartranty is worth squat.
Last time I checked (2 years ago), this company was NOT looking healthy.
