Evening all,

I have my own business and am niceic approved etc. I have a few small contracts and lots of regular customers but am looking to start some contract work-kitchens, rewires anything as i want to take my business to the next level and brush off some head ache clients i have been dealing with recently!

I work with another lad and we have all tools etc and i like to think where pretty quick and all our work is high quality. Please can any of you chaps give me any advice of which type of work is secure and good payers and how to go about getting it/advertising as i have had a few bad experiences with builders and private individuals so ideally would like to deal with established business's.

I am fed up of doing work for idiots and getting paid late when they want the work asap start tomorrow and would love some regular organised contract work!

Have you tried sub contracting to another larger electrical company? Have a look around your local area, make some calls, see what they are paying and get everything in writing before starting.
