Electrical plans software?

Can anyone suggest a not too expensive software to make electrical plans in?

You know where i can import the house/flat design and add sockets, switches etc.

I dont wanna spend €6-900....

I think its a rip off lol..

Turbo CAD is one of the cheapest out there and can import most file types including .DWG.

Turbocad 2d?

I only want to make some install plans.
Nothing major.

just get 2d mate you wont need 3d as its wasted in plan view, have a search of the web to find free symbol downloads or draw your own and save them in a file template.

i tried that and now my laptop screen is covered in sharpie lines and symbols.

It will be hard to get those Sharpie pen marks off the screen Tel.

should be easy with some caustic soda. it cleans oily engines a treat.
