This is a guy that locked out attic door for 3. Years because we didn't realise but the roof was leaking and only noticed when the bedroom ceiling collapsed in the middle of the night. EICRs are not required to be uploaded anywhere. They might even be hand written.If the EICR was done last year, shouldn't it be online?

He should be able too I've paid just over 45k in rent here, and I know he has at least 4 more properties. Thanks for responses guys appreciate it very much, been a great help l! If any of you have a leaky roof hit me up haha.He can afford it.
