It's not just one and he's not the worst.
Elon Musk, SpacEx, is launching hundreds of space flights to put up thousands of satellites for total World Broadband, or whatever the next level of speed will be defined as.
They've launched rockets over 150 times and put up 700 satellites with a total of 12000 due by 2024.
Plus another 30000 in the future.

Waste of money really, all they had to do was put WiFi hubs on top of every Tesla car.
