metallic portacabin used for offices,Swa is on a steel caternary, enters office to Rcd DB.
No separation of swa earth Tncs @ cabin.
I want to Tt it,what’s your thinking of caternary wire,it comes from building to cabin.
Will this still import Tncs,& will it also need isolation from cabin, where it’s fixed, obviously to the steel cabin.

Despite the cabin being metallic does it actually introduce an earth potential into the installation or are you just being cautious?
Will this fall under section 704?
Is this a construction site as administrative offices, toilets and canteens are not in the scope of section 704 and only the relevant parts 1-6 of bs7671 need to be applied

Agree, worried about the Main bonding conductors, the size is 50 mm.
This Swa will not provide that to the cabin.
The cabin is external,it’s a new cabin on a recycling plant.
Thanks.

I would tt it to be honest better safe than sorry also I wouldn’t be to worried about catenary wire if it is fixed to anything other than metal the supply side

Yes,if tt system used, will it import Tncs from the metalclad building,of the structure, which will be bonded to the Tncs system.
Will the caternary need to be isolated or ignore
