Supposing I have my Main Incomer (4c70mm2) at one side of a very large warehouse.

My incoming water is on the far side.

My Main Earthing bond (35mm2) is from the incomer to the M.E.T.

I am going to equipotential bond my Structural steel close to the M.E.T. (25mm2)

Can I then come off the Structural steel on the far side to bond to the water incomer?

Or would I need to run a seperate 25mil all the way from the M.E.T.?

How many other services could I use the Structural steel to bond in the same way? Is this acceptable?

I would say that the Gas and water incomers and steel structure should all have their own seperate bonding conductors from the point of connection back to the MET, and supplementary bond within reason bearing in mind the cost to the customer

i know the gas and water can both be tied together with an unbroken conductor... ie from met to the water and then onto the gas without the cable being cut at the water connection.
