Hi, lookin for a bit info for a mate, he has been in the fire alarm industry for about 15 years and done the college of an electrical apprenticeship but never passed the fica, would he be able to do his fica after all this time ?

Doubt it, but best people to speak to would be the SJIB they will be able to see if an apprenticeship was completed by NI number and be able to advise further from there
