Are you implying that a qualified sparx can do every single electrical task known to man?

Tomorrow, can you please go and install a 50v DC power system with 300ah worth of battery backup, fully commissioned. I can do it, so surely you can too?

Idiot.
No, my God you are clever.
I dont have to stoop so low as to call you an idiot because you've made it blindingly obvious that you are, thank you lol.

Sure, no problem.
Is it hourly or on a price?
Are you paying digs?

Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile, and yes as it states I am a trainee I work under the supervision of a senior electrician at my full-time employment since summer last year. I came on here with an idea in mind of how to design this installation with the expectation of the exchange of ideas on different ways in which it could be done, I know how to conform to regs for the installation and much to your disbelief I can also install it aswell I was just looking for an "ok" or "that's fine" from a senior tradesmen as my supervisor is unavailable this evening, sorry to waste your time and im pretty sure I wont make the same mistake again.

come on BC mate...

is it homework?;)

The current CU already has a smoke detector installed supplying only one point so I will be replacing the existing detector with interconnected units (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). I totally understand your scepticism in my ability as my questions are very basic but im just wanting to double check with people who are more experienced than myself, as I am as Ray has guessed new to the industry, but my quality of work is always to a high standard, just looking for some re-assurance that's all!!

This gives me the impression he is carrying out the work , and if he has the supervision of a sparks why ask here ??

College and then qualification , I cannot condone anyone doing this work without being qualified to do this work , its as a safety issue both for the person carrying out the work and the public .
