Follow Tony's link in post 16 mate, I did and seconds later I was looking at places that will do the replacememnt for 2330. Good luck fella

i can see the future of our industry is in safe hands with the next generation.

*biff slowly crawls into a dark corner , head in hands and muttering incoherently.

with the increasing interference of the H&S gestapo, no stepladders, no stanley knives, plastic shrouds on screwdriver tips, no live testing, the industry's had it anyway, until branson or sugar invents wireless installations whereby DNO will fit a supply and a meter that wirelessly transmits 240V to sockets stuck on the walls with double side tape coz we're not allowed to use drills anymore.

Hey Tony thats what i do lol

I know just give up and ask the lads on line, saves all that thinking.

No mate they're not, your not gonna get far in life if you act like your acting on here in person. I start college on Monday because I was clever enough to get enrolled 7 months ago!

The bottom line here is you got the info you asked for just not necessarily in the format you were expecting. You got what could be called banter the type you would come up against in every site cabin up and down the country, if you can't take that then you're in for a very hard time and a lot of what used to go on when I and a lot of others on here were apprentices has been stopped by the ridiculous H&S nazis.

whats wrong with doing the new 23..blah..blah course anway ???
its not as if 2330 was the pinnicle of engineering training in the last century.
we all know that was the 2360 ;-D

you have to admit, though, trev. some of the things done to apprentices needed stopping. IR testing should still be carried out to wake them up though.

He may be getting established on here so that he can ask us to complete his homework, like many trainees we get.

young and confused maybe? i know i was at 18 - 24.

You mean such as respecting their rights, not making them cry, giving them lots of holiday, not making fun of them, giving them a qualification after 5 weeks, telling them they are wonderful etc....
Yeah, stop it right now!
