Can anyone help identify. They seem to clip and pierce the wire. Looking for replacements or even different styles to replace.

@Stugale it appears that is old track lighting. You could go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and tell them you would like to replace your old track lighting and they have many different kinds and styles to choose from.
