So for one of my tasks on my assessment I've bee asked this question:
To ensure that the conveyor system is safe and complies with legislation, compare the construction and operation of an elecro-magnetic relay system with a PLC system that controls a 3-phase contactor. Include appropriate commercial specifications, drawings, and their advantages/disadvantages in your explanation. Also for the application, include a circuit/wiring diagram for each.

I posted these 2 pictures up for the assessment and I got some feed back saying:
'The PLC appears to be American. As it has 230v 3-ph and 120v circuits, not suitable for UK nor does it meet the task requirements. Finally the commercial example for the standard relay circuit for 3ph 400v is missing'

I've since changed the 1st picture (PLC) so that it now says 400V and removed the bit saying 120V, but since it says that it doesn't meet the task requirements I'm wondering if there is something else wrong with it?

The second picture I added a fuse, a circuit breaker and removed a emergency stop button from where the circuit breaker is to the other part of the circuit (24V system). I'm struggling to find out what a 'commercial example' looks like, I'm just guessing it's as shown in the new diagram and by adding the fuse and circuit breaker it will be alright.

Could anyone help me out and let me know if you think these are suitable, or can give me any feedback on what is wrong with them both? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
