I visited a site today and the earth bonding clamp for the water intake pipe was hidden behind kitchen unit/work top, the actual bottom of the earth conductor could be seen running under the kitchen unit as it was raised off the ground on legs, I've tested earth continuity so there's a connection there, but just no access to the bonding clamp.
Under the schedule of inspections is this a C3? and due to inaccessibility it has to be rectified so it is accessible in future, has anyone had a similar situation to this and how did you resolve it?
Also on the same topic but different job I've seen an earth bonding clamp and label on the water pipe which does not have any earthing conductor attached to it (so a reversal of the above), but the electrician who hired me to help him on the job said he had tested the continuity and it was fine.
