Cheers guys

I sorta did a quick price up of my mums house, and it came to £1900 for a re-wire roughly.. I think that could be abit too cheap maybe we have 5 bedrooms just pendants + switch, and sockets and then electric cooker + hob (Average semi-detached house google maps HD33NL to see size for street view)

PPP only works on large jobs. You wouldn't travel to a place and install a new socket, along with cabling, for £40 would you?
Price each job on how much the parts cost, along with how many hours you think it will take until you become more experienced. You'll win some, and lose some.

Single or double socket my price starts at $55 , swap a light for 20 notes . For a five bed house without looking at it I would guess about 3k to 4k , people are charging 2.5k for a 3 bed ex council house . It all depends on what you want to earn and are happy earning . But don't be too cheap your worth more than that and so is your quols
