How to get off Bosch oven element which does not have screws

Hi,

I need to change the element on my Bosch HBN2350GB oven and all the guides online show elements screwed to the back of the oven with normal screws. Mine though just had weird sticks as far as I can see. Does anyone know how to detach this/what tool is needed?

The screws are on the opposite side of the oven, what you see are the ends of the threads of them.

Thanks for the reply! So would the only way to change the element be to pull the oven out of the kitchen unit and go at it from the back??

Yes that's the way

what he said. ^^^^^^. pull oven out, remove back panel, get to screws. obviously, isolate supply first. either at the cooker switch or at the Consumer Unit.
