I think the IET lets you view BS 7671 electronically, but you view it through their site. I could be wrong.

The next method, which I have done, is to buy the book and then scan I find it a lot easier to search for things when in PDF format. It does mate it harder when it comes to the exams as I'm not used to flicking through the book.

No, I do not hand copies out or sell them. The PDF is purely for work.

If your going to be trading as a company doing any sort of electrical work you really should have your own copy.

I'm assuming he already has a legitimate printed version of the regs. OP, is that the case?
