Does anyone know if there's any software available to help do the diagrams that we're meant to provide with domestic/commericla work? Standard symbols for sockets and switches, drawing for room and building layouts, circuit routes through buildings ..... that sort of thing?

Nothing too flashy or expensive for my ageing PC please!

Thanks chaps.

visio is probably one of the best for pc, but you have to also search for the correct circuit symbols to add to it. Well I had to anyway.

For mac there are a few programs, but again they are all american so dont have the bs en 60617 symbols.
I had found a good one which did all building materials so if you really wanted to you could design a whole room. It was a free one too I think.
