Issues with old light fitting replacement

Done and working perfectly. Had to use wago connections for all the wires and chisel the roof for them to fit. But all done and working now. Thanks for the assistView attachment 115947

As said, looked like there was enough cable slack to correct direct and avoid fitting the wagos in ceiling void
