The batten lamp holder...cracked, and no screws so must be held on with paint
 
Well he wasnt too happy with me ripping it out nor his other handy work.
As that was actually dogged off an inside socket and fed his garage and his garden which was under plastic roofing all of which id left (just ripped out the supply to it) that he'll only re do it. What do we know though hey?

If he wasn't happy with you ripping it out then who gave you permission to remove it?

Must admit I was thinking that. Would have thought the most you could do would be to isolate the circuit, issue the EICR and tell customer it would be dangerous to liven it up again.
 
So ‘yours’ was the old blue painted stuff in the old colours and he’s added the new bit of T&E that can be seen coming out of the choc block? Is this a new landlord? ;)
