Does anyone know of a good online supplier of recessed aluminium channel for led tape ? The numerous wholesalers round here all do not seem to carry it.

What are you trying to achieve?

It's going to be providing stairway lighting in a domestic property. It's to be mounted recessed into the plasterboard, central to the stairs on the sloped ceiling. The run is to be a straight length of 2.5m with a frosted diffuser.

Having not got this online before I wondered if anyone had any positive experience of suppliers.

Hmmm, have you got anything in mind ? I didn't think of those as they are usually limited in length.

TLC do a couple and if my memory serves me correctly there are 1 meter version of 2 types

Do they recess flush with a surface ? That's what my customer is after.
