Done a job yesterday, remove old 12v halogens and replace with mains, gu10 downlights. Fitted some LED gu10's no issues. Got a call today saying they are all flickering. The flicker isn't too major, but it is obvious that it is happening (if that makes sense). Changed a couple of the LED's for Halogen just to see what happened and the halogens did not flicker at all. Replaced all the downlights for integrated LED ones instead and it has cured the flickering. Any ideas on why this happened? I don't see how the GU10's all flickered but the integrated units don't.

Thanks

I assume there isn't a dimmer involved.

Were they half-decent quality bulbs?
They are Meridian, never had any issues with them before. Tried them in my downlights at home earlier and they aren't flickering here.

Have you tried the gu10s at another location.
Yeah, tried them at home earlier and they are fine. I didn't try every single one though, would one faulty one somehow cause them all to flicker?

The funny thing is that last week I was called to 12v LED bulbs flickering, I blamed the transformers, and changed to integrated LED downlights. I'm glad I did now!
