Happy long weeekend to you all.....

I have a small problem..... No not that - the creams working!!! I have a problem with led's they're on the outside of a building, on a busy road. The leds are on a lighttech led 18dc/36dc. Now i know all about leds - F-ALL...

But the lights flicker, not always the same strip of lights not constant flicker either. I've looked the problems up on the tinternet and it says things like radio interference (assuming this is from the driver) change the Mhz ie from 50 - 240 (as the lights are best suited to this frequency) to add an additional loop of lights....

I know this ain't a lot of info but I've not worked on leds before and ain't got a scooby doo....Any and all help would be a bonus.
