Customer got a light fitting with grey, black, yellow cables, is it correct that the grey should be sleeved blue and black sleeved brown?temu special.

Unless the pic below is a complete spoof, yellow is the Chinese colour for Live, black for Neutral.
So different from your suggestion.
The correct wiring really needs to be established with a continuity checker/ multimeter before worrying about sleeving colours and connecting the fitting.
