I have the CFL. There are ok. I find the battery drains quickly if cutting tile, I used it yesterday to cut socket boxes in noggins, only managed to cut 2 ½ before I needed to change the battery. But they have saved me loads of time when cutting boxes into plasterboard.

Got the green bosch mains powered one off amazon for £52 recently. Uses the same blades and you never need to charge the battery :) Good choice for anyone umming and ahhing about the price of the Li-Ion models. Might get a cordless when funds allow but for now this is a good cheap compromise.

I got the Bosch mains one aswell. Really happy with it. I might also invest in the CEL to go in tool box for plasterboard jobs.

not stalking you marty, promise... :)

i tried that tool at the gadget show last year

feels really nice, fits in one hand (the fein one is a monster if uve ever used it)
u can hold it right up near the blade so its nice to control

blades are well cheap too, i think the full set 50 bits or something was under £35

ah found some 3 for 1

no prob suds these threads are there to look at comment on as you feel fit.

thanks. I did buy the accessory pack as it was cheap i feel for all the attachments and they are there if i need them at some point, however I will no doubt be using the blades as you have quoted mostly.

the tool is as you said a good size in hand and functions as expected. I'm happy with it so far.

i have the bosch one but i havent even used it on a job yet, what do you guys find them handy for? its been a sander for me so far at home :D
