Local wet pants company offering electrical services!

So here I am perusing my favourite electrical forum and a local plumbing and heating company to me in Chelmsford comes up on a pop up advert offering their services for small electrical electrical jobs at a staggering £87.12 (inc vat per hour) for jobs from 1-4 hours!
So two questions
1. Why is a local plumbing and heating company being punted on an electricians forum site, is it just to spoil my day or take the jam out of my donut?
2. Why are they charging so much?

Probably because when you get corgi registered now they offer you a 'part p course' ... which gives you a card with your picture on stating your part p aware ...... and a nice carbon copy book for minor work Certs ....

Either because this part of a group with a Tiling, Plumbing and Electrical Forums.
Ads can probably roll across all sites.

OR it's Google or something else targeting Adverts to you with an electrical link.

One of my neighbours has that in their hallway. Plumber was the previous occupant. Bathroom has a towel rail made of copper 22mm all soldered up. It's just a rail though, not even heated.....

Its a very strange hourly charge, why not just £87?? Personally I'd have quoted £89.99

It's just the VAT that makes it look odd. £87.12 less VAT is the nice round number of £72.60.
