looking for 3rd party lighting designer

I'm looking for someone to carry out lighting designs, using software, mainly for changing over current lighting for LED, does anyone know if anyone?

I've googled it but not really found anyone.

Any help appreciated.

I was told once that a village was re named Usa in China, and a factory was making copies of goods made in USA , so they claimed they were made in USA ...LOL....

Also CE and EC has ofton been copied by china as Export of China and China Export to mimic the CE/EC stamps

China has a habit of CE marking rubbish that doesn't comply, as they are not part of the European Market they are not bothered, will not refund or take returns.... this is why if you plan to invest money make sure your not the fall guy and you get it from a reputable European or UK distributer.

I've seen machinery built in China come over with all the CE marks but are Electrical deathtraps and then refuse to accept returns - I open the eyes to one company who were acting as the UK distributer.

It does but some companies were mimicing the then CE logo of the EU so it looked compliant, customers bought it found it wasn't and then found they couldn't return it as they said it stood for Chinese export...
