Any advice on how I can get hold of the engineer's manual for an old Regalsafe RS64 engineer's manual. The external siren stopped working, but the strobe light is OK. One possibility is that the last time an engineer fidled with the keypad he may have disabled the external siren. I am would like to check if disabling and enabling the external siren is possible, and if it is then how I can re-anable it. Thank

Is this it?

It could have been set up with a 5 or 10 min bell / siren delay or if the panel has been defaulted and the default setting is for a bell delay and has not been changed then that may be the problem
It's not usual to disable an external siren unless you disconnect it
