Discuss MFT-X1 Upgraded Firmware and Calibration info has disappeared... in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

Has anyone else upgraded the firmware (to version 4.1.0) and lost the calibration info? If so, have you managed to recover it? And how?

Tony.
You shouldn't have to be sorting this out on a £1600 device. Phone or email Megger support, they are actually reasonably helpful.

(Side note - Megger MFT's are like cars. Never buy one in it's first year of production. )

Cheers Tim, I contacted the wholesaler, who told me my invoice covers the 1st year's calibration and you get a certificate when you have it recalibrated.
