Moving onto nvq 2357 from 2365

Hi guys,
I've recently completed my l3 2365 and I'm now looking to move onto the nvq 2357.
Does any of the theory modules I've completed transfer or will I have to basically do the theory again?

I believe they all transfer over however you have to attend a 1-2 day course and maybe sit an extra exam to sort of "bridge" the gap between the content.
