I done a big house about 3 years ago in a proper money area called north foreland in broadstairs and the Lutron kit was £17000 alone.

Smaller houses don't need a lutron or KNX system can go for stand alone Dali switches and devices for a fraction of the cost.. lol

If you like stand and table lamps put in 5 amp sockets tbat switch from light switches
