NVQ level 3 questions help please!!!

I am doing a JTL apprentiship and am currently trying to fill in my NVQ level 3 portfolio, can anyone offer me any help on the 'Underpinning knowledge questions .. section 3'
Is there a link online for help with these questions or any other help would be appreciated.
