reading the question as posed, sounds like some gobldeygook speak, non-job has come up with the question to justify his/her useless position created to specifically annoy us poor blokes that just want to get a job done.

What section is this under or should j say what module etc is it from on your NVQ, I can dig my one out and see what I wrote as it sounds familiar.
