Given the earthing and potential safety issues with power supplies to the hot tub, I would suggest you get a local electrician in to assess whether it is possible
 
agree with above. any mistakes could mean 1 - 6 less at the breakfast bar.
 
Too many variables to give a straight YES NO answer

Needs a sparks to take a look and see if the circuit is suitable for the extra double socket
