Hi.i'm wondering , if i have 17th edition and 2391 testing certificates will this be enough to get part p or do i still need to do domestic installer course?

Hello and welcome Wattsyman
check out the competent person scheme on NICEIC/ELECSANAPIT etc for details if your competent then 17th is enough and 2391 will be good but not required for DI assessment.
