They do not give out the pass mark as a percentage.
It is likely in the 70% range but the actual value probably depends on the level of difficulty the examiners assign to the exam as different exams may be considered harder or easier by a small margin and so the pass mark would vary each time.
 
It was 75% for the 2394 section of unit 607, in the 2357 qual last year. I believe it will be the same this year but I can't say what it might be at independent centers etc. It might well depend on how many people are taking it at that time, how many get a certain percentage and so on, like what they used to do with the old 2391.
