Is there a cable who is PE insulated and PE sheared? How it will be insulated and sheared?

It is required for a tender ! So really I did not understand the meaning to be PE insulated and sheared?

This is what they need, can u provide? But if u can explain for me the insulated and sheared:

Under ground telephone cable 0.65 mm pe insluated and pe sheared 200 pair 1000 mtr one drum.

What is ur price?

Well, really I am caring to know what is the "pe sheared", I know the pe insulated but did not hear in pe sheared, anyone can advise and explain what is pe sheared cable?

think he is on about polyethylene sheathed,probably looking for P E U T polyethylene unit twin telecoms cable if my memory is correct.strange thing to ask for here.
