I understand there is a gadget on the market to disconnect PME bonding. I/We are quite concerned about this and I would be grateful if a member could quote the Regulation number for this. Thanks in advance.

There are boxes like the Matt:E and smilier for EV charges that disconnect E as well as L&N, but presumably this is some other gadget you have heard of?
