Just wondering what are the requirements to work on a solar farm as an electrician involving high voltage, and what courses you would need to take to gain work in that area
 
You'd need to contact any of the Solar Farm Install and Maintainers to see what they require of new employees.
The larger ones may have their own training schemes.

I suspect they all have differing requirements, but willingness to work away from home for periods is probably essential as it's more than a couple of days to complete one.
