qualified electrician

What is needed to be classed as a qualified electrician.I have a city and guilds Part 1 in electrical installation and an NVQ 2
I have heard i need the part 2 qualification if so what question are asked within this test? is it muitable choice.

Wish I could have helped but as I qualified some 26 years ago it will have changed a lot so one of the younger bucks will have to answer is maybe some of the testers that are members good luck
