If I have to fit one I always fit these.
Never had an issue with them!

 
Powerbreaker. A bit more expensive, but I find I have problems with the cheap ones
The cost of this unit is fine. They need a huge level of works and full rewire etc etc .But life is tricky for them .They are only a few years left on earth with luck and the house wont lend itself to been taken apart . Its one of those "better than nothing " jobs to try and make things better.
