Rcd tripping

Hi all I recently built a new garage. Wired it myself put up the fuse board but now when I go to plug in any appliance the rcd trips out. Theres nothing else plugged into the sockets. I wonder did I make a mistake wiring the fuse board?11

Is it a dual RCD CU?

Can I ask which RCD is tripping, the one in your new consumer unit, or the one in the house?

The three neutrals on the right of the right hand neutral bar - what circuits are they from?

Thanks for the pics. It's a little difficult to tell if the consumer unit is wired correctly though from these pics.

I'd love a trip over to Ireland but it's a bit too far for me!

To me, it looks like the RCD would be on the RH side, and a busbar from the LH RCD live output to the circuit breakers, mounted to the left of the RCD. Now it should work the other way round, provided the cables are adjusted correctly ...

Sorry to bring this up but I have just realised you are in Southern Ireland and unless you are an REC (Registered Electrical Contractor) what you are doing is illegal. @Risteard will confirm this but I am pretty sure I am correct.

Well spotted! As it is now the busbar is fed by the neutral from the RCD.

As @westward10 points out, in ROI there are quite strict rules on electrical work that you really need to follow.
